Unbef******lievable! Greatness…attitude…drama…Just returned from a Morrissey concert here in Odense. Spoke with one of the guys from his crew, and Odense was apparently the tours smallest venue…The place has a capacity of 800 people, and although the gig was sold out I doubt the place was full…more like 500 or so. Got a great spot only 12 feet (!) from the stage and braced myself.
Morrissey entered the stage at around 9 pm, and seemed to be in quite a good mood…talking to the crowd…joyful…and…well…very present….finishing each song off with a “Tak tak tak!”…which is Danish for …well..”Thank you!”.
The setlist was the exact same as the one from the Berlin concert, as far as I can tell and…It was just an incredible experience…Although it almost ended before it really got going. A guy in the crowd started to heckle Morrissey during “Seasick, yet still docked”…At first Morrissey ignored him…when that didn’t help he barked (!) repeatedly at him, and finally he stopped the band, and asked “Einstein” if he wanted the band to leave the stage…Morrissey then told him to “get the f*** out”, and called security, who sent his sorry ass into orbit…They then skipped the rest of “Seasick…” and continued with “Girlfriend in a coma”…
“How soon is now” and “Why don’t you find out for yourself” were imho the highlights…or “The world is full of crashing bores” or “Ask”…or…
Anyway…I’m kinda busted now…Great great concert…fantastic band…and…the bass player threw me is his pick…which I can now use to clean my nails or something…ohh well…
Laters…

Some annoyed sound just left my nostrils. Why did I not attend instead of that sick heckler?
Yeah…Thank God Morrissey didn’t leave!
It was just fantastic! People like me with the size of a dwarf could’nt really see what was going on in front of the stage and was just chocked when Morrissey said ” We don’t need you here, why don’t you leave”. At first we thought he meant all of us?! Fortunately it was only that one asshole he meant. And I am thankful too that Morrisey stayed and performed a great gig!
The only thing I regret is that I sold my tickets for the koncert tonight in Copenhagen. It would have been awesome to see him again today…
