
Holy guacamole…I believe I tasted a slice of heaven today…or…more precisely a spoonful of heaven. Basil creme! Here’s the recipe:
200 g (7 ounces) creme cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
2 tablespoons sour creme
2 cups basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 clove of garlic
Half a teaspoon of salt
Scoop it all into a blender…blend and enjoy!
Use it as a salad dressing, dip or a regular sauce…

Egenligt er det en potte basilikum…du ved…sådan en man køber nede i Netto eller lign., men jeg regnede med, det svarede til 2 kopper…2 “Per Madsen håndfulde”
