“I Love Trash” is a documentary about dumpster diving. Two friends decide to do an experiment in trash. They rent an unfurnished apartment and arrive with only the clothes they are wearing and a flashlight. They decide not to buy any things for 3 months and instead to find all their needs in the trash. They furnish their apartment lavishly. They eat decadently. They dress sharp, and create beautiful art, all from the trash.
Starts out a bit slow, but it’s actually a pretty interesting doc…Viewer discretion advised…Hippies galore!
Enjoy…

I’m actually surprised more people don’t do dumpster diving. It’s an easy way to save quite a bit, if you’re a patient person (with noseplugs).
I know of stores in the country I live in, who throw out a massive amount of food, only because it wasn’t sold on the appropiate day/ or expires in 1-2 days.
Interesting doc though, a glimpse into another world is always interesting
Most people won’t be caught going through trash in a dumpster…Most would feel it was embarrassing I guess…
Anyway…here in Denmark stores throw out lots of perfectly good food…It’s like that in all western industrialized countries I think…now that’s embarrassing really…
