Holy guacamole…I believe I tasted a slice of heaven today…or…more precisely a spoonful of heaven. Basil creme! Here’s the recipe:
200 g (7 ounces) creme cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
2 tablespoons sour creme
2 cups basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 clove of garlic
Half a teaspoon of salt
Scoop it all into a blender…blend and enjoy!
Use it as a salad dressing, [...]
Heh…I’ve been asked to dj a party in a couple of weeks…the intimidating part is that around 200 people are going to show up (!)…
…yeah…play that funky music white boy!
…it might all end like this though…a loud and yelling crowd

Jeg er jo flyttet fra byen og til landet…mere præcist til landsbyen Holev 10 km øst for Odense. Forleden gik jeg så ind på den helt fantastiske side HistoriskAtlas.dk, for lige at se om de havde lidt info om byen…Og det skal jeg så lige love for de havde….det er grove løjer:

I’m contemplating giving Vagn a really really cool badass shave…This is Vagn as nature thinks he should look like:

He’d look pretty darn cool wouldn’t he…meanest looking cat on the block…and “People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals” would go absolutely ballistic. Wouldn’t worry ’bout that though…It’ll grow back right?!
