“Food Inc.” was nominated for an Oscar in the category “Best documentary” 2010…definitely worth a watch!

1. Kog pastaen.
2. Varm indholdet af et glas Glyngøre karrysild i en gryde.
3. Bland.
4. Spis.

Basil creme - Sauce numero uno!

Holy guacamole…I believe I tasted a slice of heaven today…or…more precisely a spoonful of heaven. Basil creme! Here’s the recipe:
200 g (7 ounces) creme cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
2 tablespoons sour creme
2 cups basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 clove of garlic
Half a teaspoon of salt
Scoop it all into a blender…blend and enjoy!
Use it as a salad dressing, [...]
